Nancy Schmitt received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in interior design with a minor in architectural structure from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. Across more than 45 years of experience in the industry, she has earned numerous prism awards for various builders in Texas, Florida, and the Carolinas.

Nancy remains on trend by attending at least four furniture markets per year, keeping her knowledge of furnishings and design spaces up-to-date. She most enjoys private client relationships that bring homes, family, and lifestyle together.
