Our process takes the stress out of designing your home.
Our clients move into homes that are turn key, with all items on their list completed for them – by us. We offer space planning, design inspiration consults, and merchandise description and presentation tools that help our clients visualize and feel comfortable with what they are purchasing.
Our simplified pricing model is based entirely on a categorized list of the items you will need for your new home, and rooted in the budget determined in consultation with the client. Rather than billing by the hour for procurement and sending over invoices that aren’t clear, we quote a single design fee that includes all merchandise. For most of our clients, a typical all-inclusive budget is around $100,000 or 10% of the home’s value, whichever is greater.
